My new Subaru Outback was dented by my 5 year old daughter with her bike. I searched around on the internet and made a morning phone call to Mike. I received a prompt and courteous return call back the same day. Mike was informative and flexible. We scheduled a time for him to come up to Portland to remove the large dent, and a couple smaller dings from my car. Mike drove all the way up from Newberg to downtown Portland to where my car was parked in a large structure. His van would not fit inside the structure; he had to park on the street. Even though I agreed to have him charge me, he paid for his own parking. I felt so comfortable with Mike that I left him an extra set of keys. He repaired my car to "perfection", hid the keys and my invoice inside the car, locked it and incredibly called me back that evening to ask me if I was satisfied with his work. You should have no doubt that Mike and the Ding Bat Paintless Dent Removal team is the best in the Northwest. |
"Due to a lack of attention, I drove my car into the garage doorway, denting a portion of the passenger door. In addition, some wood fell onto my car in two separate areas. I looked on the internet for a place that removed dents somewhere close to home, which is where I found The Ding Bat. I liked the name and thought I'd give them a try. My mechanic had said that many of the guys who do this are reputable, so I just left an email. I was called back within 24 hours and Mike came out the next morning and worked on my car in my garage for 4 1/2 hours on 4 dents. By 1:30, my car was looking great! If I would have taken it to an auto body shop, I would have had to pay maybe 5 times what I paid Mike to do -- and it was done here at home. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who has dents. He does a great job. It's obvious he cares about the quality of work that he performs." -

"We were amazed at the job that Mike did on our two cars. We felt that one of the cars would not be too difficult but we had another individual tell us he could not repair it. But Mike was able to repair the dent so that the car looked perfect again. On the other car we thought we'd have to pay hundreds to get it repaired and Mike did it for an extremely reasonable price and the car looks great. And he was a very sweet man to top it off!
