"Well to say I'm pleased is an understatement! I had a few dings on my Mercedes that I wanted removed but also had MANY on my "daily driver" Toyota Camry. When Mike came out to do the work on the Mercedes this a.m. he took a look at the Camry too and gave me an unbelievable quote - SO much less than it would have cost had I gone to a body shop. To say he did an incredible job is truly an understatement - I am amazed that both cars look brand new again! He also found more on the Camry than we had originally talked about and did them at no extra charge. He spent 3 hours here and is truly dedicated, and an expert at his profession. | "I’ve been wanting to write a testimonial for Mike and his amazing work (AND customer service) since the first time we’ve used him. Mike has magically fixed a few door dings for us all on separate occasions (two on my car, one on my husband’s truck and get this….one huge baseball dent on my girlfriend’s car when she was swinging by to pick up her son at our house from a play-date! Mike was there finishing up a door ding on my car and he quickly repaired the damage on her van while we visited in the kitchen!). Not only does Mike perform flawless work (he’s obviously a perfectionist when it comes to his 'gift'), he is quick, efficient, and comes to YOU! His wife is an absolute delight to work with also (she typically sets up scheduling). I must say, this last 'ding' or shall I say, crumple, was a challenge and although the Ding Bat only repairs paint-less jobs, (and I had major paint missing) I called Mike anyway. Something in my gut told me he could do it and get me hooked up with someone who could paint it, as well. Low and behold, of course he came through with flying colors!!! I didn’t have to take it to a body shop, Mike came out and repaired the horrible crunch FLAWLESSLY and connected me with a mobile paint service (Jason’s Mobile Auto Reconditioning) who also did an fantastic job (I need to go to Jason’s web site, as well!). As a team, they did an OUTSTANDING job on my Honda, saved me tons of money and time and one cannot even tell there was horrible damage to my car. "I was heartbroken when my 21 year old BMW got hit with a couple of big dents. Paint-less dent removal was critical on this job because no body shop could ever match up red paint like this. My new Subaru Outback was dented by my 5 year old daughter with her bike. I searched around on the internet and made a morning phone call to Mike. I received a prompt and courteous return call back the same day. Mike was informative and flexible. We scheduled a time for him to come up to Portland to remove the large dent, and a couple smaller dings from my car. Mike drove all the way up from Newberg to downtown Portland to where my car was parked in a large structure. His van would not fit inside the structure; he had to park on the street. Even though I agreed to have him charge me, he paid for his own parking. I felt so comfortable with Mike that I left him an extra set of keys. He repaired my car to "perfection", hid the keys and my invoice inside the car, locked it and incredibly called me back that evening to ask me if I was satisfied with his work. You should have no doubt that Mike and the Ding Bat Paintless Dent Removal team is the best in the Northwest."

| "Due to a lack of attention, I drove my car into the garage doorway, denting a portion of the passenger door. In addition, some wood fell onto my car in two separate areas. I looked on the internet for a place that removed dents somewhere close to home, which is where I found The Ding Bat. I liked the name and thought I'd give them a try. My mechanic had said that many of the guys who do this are reputable, so I just left an email. I was called back within 24 hours and Mike came out the next morning and worked on my car in my garage for 4 1/2 hours on 4 dents. By 1:30, my car was looking great! If I would have taken it to an auto body shop, I would have had to pay maybe 5 times what I paid Mike to do -- and it was done here at home. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who has dents.
